Prospective clients may schedule complimentary interest, discovery, or consultation calls through our Google Workspace appointment scheduling platform. By scheduling an interest or consultation call, you acknowledge that certain personal information may be collected and stored through Google Workspace and its associated service providers.
By scheduling physical therapy or other clinical services, you acknowledge that certain information may be collected and stored through JaneApp and its service providers.
Payments for services are processed through JaneApp and its integrated payment processing systems. Dynamic Wellness Initiative does not collect or store payment card information through this Website.
Use of third-party scheduling and communication platforms, including Google Workspace and JaneApp, is subject to the privacy practices and terms of those respective providers.
7. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Appointments represent reserved professional time.
Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees as outlined in JaneApp booking policies and client onboarding documents.
